Customization Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details when placing an order for customized number plates. We do not offer refunds or replacements for errors made by the customer.
Product Representation: Images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual products may have slight variations in color, texture, or design due to material and manufacturing differences.
Pricing Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment methods.
Order Confirmation: Some orders require full or partial payment before processing. Orders with COD will only be shipped after confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery: We ship orders via Leopards Courier and Postex across Pakistan. Customers can request tracking details by messaging us on WhatsApp: 03036833368.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by courier services. Any claims must be handled directly with the respective courier company.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

The number plates sold by Prime Auto are custom-made first copies of original plates and are intended for temporary use while customers wait for their official plates.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of these plates complies with local laws and regulations.
Prime Auto is not responsible if customers face legal action, fines, or any other consequences from law enforcement due to the use of these plates.
By purchasing from us, you agree to use our products responsibly and at your own risk.
