Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality custom number plates. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept refunds for change of mind or customization errors made by the customer.
- Refund Request Timeframe: Customers must request a refund within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Return Process: The return process is at our discretion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers should contact us with proof (clear photos/videos) of the issue before initiating a return.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa, based on the customer's preference.
